UNWIND with Well B  at Prana House 🐝✨

Slow down, switch off & reset with us for a feel-good morning focused on movement, mindfulness & community energy.

Led by yoga teacher and certified sound therapist Victoria Mckenna, this session is designed to help ease physical tension, calm the nervous system, and restore balance through gentle grounding yoga, breathwork, and deeply relaxing sound healing.

We’ll begin with gentle, grounding yoga movements and breathwork to ease stress, calm the nervous system, and create a sense of balance within the body. The session will then flow into a deeply relaxing sound healing experience using soothing frequencies and vibrations to encourage rest, relaxation, and emotional wellbeing.

Using crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and gongs, you’ll be guided into a calming space to fully unwind, reconnect, and leave feeling lighter, calmer, and restored 🤍

Following the session, enjoy a complimentary Costa Coffee beverage and time to socialise with the community afterwards ☕

Perfect for all levels  come solo or bring a friend.
