    Instead of downloading and paying for multiple fitness apps, everything is included in one subscription.

    Core Premium uses your device camera combined with the latest AI technology to deliver real-time coaching and feedback on your form as you move. Your workouts are tracked automatically, your progress is measured over time, and you can join leaderboards for extra motivation and competition.

  • Yes. The AI workout features and AI body scan use your mobile device, so to make best use of the features available downloading the app is required.

  • Your body scan reports are available in the app.

    Open the menu bar and select Scan Body Report to view your results.

  • We currently offer a 7-day free trial for sign-ups via the app. Please note that free trials may be offered as part of promotions and are not guaranteed as a standard feature.

  • Coupon codes can be redeemed via the Core Direction website. Simply enter your coupon code at checkout before completing your payment.

    Please note:

    • Coupon codes cannot be used in conjunction with free trials
    • Once the coupon discount and duration have ended, standard pricing will automatically resume

  • Yes. You can cancel at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, after which you will lose access to Core Premium benefits.

  • No, only Core Premium subscribers can create custom step or lifestyle challenges. However, non-premium users can participate in challenges if invited. Please note that if you create a challenge and then cancel your subscription, the challenge will be removed.
